Synth Workshop v0.7.2 packages the verified local MLX runtime and tightens the durable lifecycle around optimizer runs, checkpoints, evaluations, reports, and visual outputs.

Training and optimizer lifecycle

Local MLX training ships with a pinned offline runtime wheelhouse.
Checkpoints, evaluation results, usage, and artifacts retain their run lineage.
Restart and reconciliation use persisted run and sidecar identities.
Provider, recipe, capability, and diagnostic failures remain explicit and fail closed.

Reliability

Composer queue reconciliation keeps the authoritative run identifier.
Generated protocol types use one native/renderer authority.
Catalog revision, API casing, crash recovery, and optional bridge regressions are fixed.
Packaged visual workspaces reopen durable optimizer outputs and reports.
